DIGITAL DELIVERY POLICY

Knowledge & Growth sells digital products only. No physical product will be shipped or delivered by mail.

DELIVERY METHOD

After your payment has been successfully confirmed, access to your digital product or its download link will generally be provided through the order confirmation page and/or sent to the email address used when placing the order.

Please ensure that your email address is entered correctly during checkout.

DELIVERY TIME

Digital delivery is normally completed within a few minutes after payment confirmation. In some cases, delivery may be delayed because of payment verification, technical problems, or email-provider filtering.

If you do not receive your digital product, please check your spam, junk, and promotions folders before contacting us.

SHIPPING FEES AND CUSTOMS

Because our products are digital:

• No shipping fees apply.
• No physical delivery address is required.
• No customs duties apply to delivery.
• No tracking number will be provided.

DOWNLOAD OR ACCESS PROBLEMS

If your download link does not work, the file is corrupted, or you have not received access to your purchase, please contact us at marialucky300493@gmail.com.

Include your order number, the email address used for the purchase, and a description of the problem. We will make reasonable efforts to provide technical assistance, a replacement download link, or the correct digital file.

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

Customers are responsible for providing a valid email address and for ensuring that their device and software can open the file format described on the product page.
